Our Family

New Vision Landscaping is a family-owned and operated business founded by Michael Faulkner, who has been married to his wife Wendy for 28 years.

Together, they have raised their two sons, Dylan, and Gatlin and built a company rooted in commitment, responsibility, and pride in doing things the right way. Family values aren’t just something we talk about—they shape how we treat our customers, our team, and our community.

Community Involvement

Community involvement isn’t an afterthought at New Vision Landscaping—it’s part of who we are.

Owner Michael Faulkner proudly serves as a volunteer firefighter with the Plainview Fire Department, giving his time and skills to help protect local families in times of need. That commitment to service influences how our company operates every day: showing up when it matters, working together as a team, and taking responsibility seriously.

As a local, family-owned business, we believe in supporting the community we live and work in. Our customers aren’t just clients—they’re neighbors. We take pride in contributing to the safety, appearance, and well-being of the areas we serve, and we approach every project with the mindset that our work reflects directly on our community.

Our Team

At New Vision Landscaping, our people matter.

We take great care in building and maintaining a dependable team. All employees are carefully screened and selected with long-term commitment in mind. We look for individuals who share our core values—reliability, respect, strong work ethic, and pride in quality workmanship.

By focusing on long-term employment rather than short-term labor, we’re able to provide consistent crews, better communication, and a higher level of accountability. This means our customers see familiar faces, experience reliable service, and can trust the people working on their property.

Our team represents our family-owned values every day, and we hold ourselves to a standard we’re proud to stand behind.
